Rob grew up in a commercial real estate (CRE) family. His father and grandfather were both in the business. And as happens in many small family businesses, he, his brother, and mom gravitated towards commercial real estate.
By the time he was 25, he’d held nearly every job in CRE. He leased it… sold it… managed… developed… been an onsite superintendent pouring concrete… financed it… there aren’t a lot of things in the industry that Rob hasn’t tackled.
Rob has spent more than two decades bridging the gap between innovation and technology to push the boundaries of CRE.
He has a unique and long-standing position in the industry that’s allowed him to observe the best CRE operators and entrepreneurs and understand what makes them successful — and what doesn’t work.

Over Rob’s 30+ years in the business, he’s done droves of deals and built numerous companies. Due to his accomplishments in building technology-centric enterprises, he’s become known as a ‘tech guy’ and data management innovator, but at heart, he’s an investor and entrepreneur that understands what it means and what it takes to be successful.
It drives him to help other investors and entrepreneurs break through their barriers. For Rob, technology is merely the tool – and data the language – that enables and supports that growth.
Not unlike his thirst for challenge in the professional space, Rob is keen on adventure and has flown and driven craft that glide, hover, and roll. He loves spearfishing and freediving as much as he can, as is particularly passionate about hiking, camping, and exploring the wild reaches in his EarthRoamer.
